Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the order is completed and access is delivered.

2. No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Lack of use or compatibility issues
• User inability to access or use files after successful delivery

3. Eligible Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in limited cases, including:

• Duplicate purchase
• Verified technical issue preventing access to files
• Corrupted or non-functional file where replacement cannot be provided

All refund requests are reviewed individually and are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account restrictions and denial of future access.
